2. B2B Commercial Nature

The Site and our services are intended solely for business-to-business (B2B) commercial transactions, primarily focusing on the export of natural rubber products (SVR 3L, Latex HA/LA). Any price quotes, material specifications, or product availability listed on the Site are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a legally binding offer until a formal commercial contract is signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Vietnam, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
